Pankaj Garg (CEO)
More than 19 Years of experience in applied R&D, Engineering and Business
Development in IT, CE, semiconductor & automotive arena. He has worked
for 9 years in Intel as Global Worldwide Sr. Strategic Manager. He has
also served Cirrus Logic, Yasukawa Electric Co Ltd, and Kobe Steel Ltd.
He owns 20 patents and is a member of IEEE. BS (Computer Science) from
India.
He was born in India, graduated from Indian international university. He
has been in Japan for 18 years and obtained MBA from Fox School of Business
USA in 2008.
Yoshiharu Yamaguchi (ITE Board of Directors)
He was born in Fukui Prefecture in 1943, graduated from Nippon Sport Science
University. Since after joined Japan national soccer team from 1967, he
had been active as an excellent kicker through to the end. In 1981, he
became the coach of Fushimi Industrial High School soccer team, which was
unknown at that time, and led the team to victory only after 6 years at
the school. His nickname is known as gNakimushi-Sensei (Cry-baby Teacher)h.
Nobuyuki Denda (Executive Advisor)
Nobuyuki Denda is the founder and CEO of Denda Associates. Over his three
decade experience at Intel, he has been a key driver of pivotal change
that has occurred in both Intel Corporation and Intel Japan. He is one
of the leading edge business executives in the Japanese electronics scene
and has built up a network of human and information through the many years
of positive past performance. He joined Intel Japan Corp. in 1971, served
as CEO of Intel Japan Corp. from 1997 to 2001 after his assumption of office
as Marketing & Sales Director, and also served as Vice President of
Intel US., Corporation. From 2001, he runs his own company, Denda Associates
Co., Ltd.
Daniel R. Russell (Board of Director and Representative America)
Dan Russell, former Vice President of Intel Corporation, leads PowerMand.
During his 21 years at Intel, he held positions spanning technical, marketing
and sales, and ran several large business groups. His diverse achievements
range from building a multi-billion dollar motherboard business to developing
programs enabling software developers and solution integrators to optimize
and deploy applications for Intel's iA64 and iA32 architecture. Dan holds
a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho, and an M.B.A.
from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

and was also the consultant for Motorola Libertyville for brand licensing
in Asia. Other positions include Sales Director in Asia for Universal Electronic
Inc. & Sales Manager for Tokai Bussan Company. He is BA in Economics

Jerry Tsai (President of Taiwan)
More than 15 Years of Sales and Marketing and Business Development experience
in hardware, CE and Semiconductor arena. Currently he is the Product Sales
Manager for Meiloon Industrial Company. He launched and managed worlds
first 5.1 wireless speaker systems into the consumer electronics market.

$2.6 billion, he led the company into flat panel display products business
and achieved 122% of goal and #1 position for market shareE7%Ein North
America. He drove the Consumer Electronic Groups total sales from $1.8
billion to $2.6 billion. Also was VP of Toshiba America Consumer Products
1995-2001, he held P&L responsibility for +$1.5 billion in sales in

experience. From 1999-2007 he was the CEO of Kosdaq public company (Korea)
Hyunwon Inc. Engineering and architecture experience in Consumer Electronics,
Display Systems Process, Image Processing , MP3 and CRT. He has worked
as Production Manager in Daewoo Electronics from 1985 E1996. Was one of
the worlds first and leading inventors of MP3 player. Has nearly 100%
worldwide market share in image processing system segment and includes
customers such as LG Philips, Thomson etc... Owns more than 10 patents.
Currently he is the CEO of OSCO Inc. BS(EE) Kyungbook National University
in Korea.
Richard Kuo (ITE Chief Technical Advisor and Inventor of Intelligent Preservation System (IPS) from ITRI)
More than 21 Years of R&D experience in the area of energy, preservation
and commercial refrigeration. He has worked for ITRI since 1996 and is
currently Deputy General Director of Technology Center for Service Industries.
He has published 200 papers and is the owner of 103 patents in these areas.
He received the Recognition Award and Medal from ITRI. SCME.MS Mechanical
Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.
